He can't coach a big player like Osimhen — Chelsea icon Gallas makes claim about EPL boss
Former Chelsea and Arsenal defender William Gallas has shared his thoughts on Victor Osimhen's potential move to the Premier League.
Merino, who has firsthand experience playing against Real Madrid, says his teammates are curious about the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and the atmosphere surrounding the Spanish giants.
)
"They ask me what the stadium is like, what the atmosphere is like if the aura surrounding Real Madrid in the Champions League and their comebacks are true," Merino told Onda Cero.
"And of course, when they have done it so many times, that is the image people have of them. That aura that Real Madrid has in the Champions League, of comebacks, of heroics, is no coincidence, when they do it so often."
When asked about the favorites to win the Champions League, Merino was cautious.
"Talking about favourites is very difficult because the Champions League shows you that the details make the difference.
"There are three or four teams that can be considered favourites, but you can’t just pick one."
Arsenal head into this clash as underdogs but will be quietly confident after their heavy win against PSV.
