What Saliba said
Saliba, who had the opportunity to play against Ramos when Arsenal faced Sevilla, was eager to obtain the Spaniard's shirt after the match.
Saliba acknowledged that other defenders, such as Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk, are also exceptional players, but he believes Ramos' trophy cabinet sets him apart.

"We played against him last season and of course I wanted his shirt. For me, he is the best in history,” he said via Metro.
He added, "When you win, you can say you are the best.”
The Arsenal defender is aware that he still has work to do to reach Ramos' level, particularly in terms of winning major trophies.
