Leicester City's 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace has left Foxes star player Wilfred Ndidi frustrated and disappointed.

Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi couldn't hide his frustration after the Foxes surrendered a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Ndidi, who provided assists for Jamie Vardy and Stephy Mavididi's goals, felt Leicester had the win within their grasp.

"It was very disappointing because we know we almost had it, so it was really disappointing," Ndidi reflected on the club's website. "The result does not reflect on the performance."

Despite dominating early on, Steve Cooper's side allowed Palace to claw back into the game. Ndidi acknowledged the hosts' resilience.

"This is the Premier League, and anything can happen at any moment. You could see the fight that Crystal Palace had and what they were trying to do in the game."

Ndidi also rued the penalty decision that contributed to Leicester's collapse.

"We actually did brilliantly staying in the game after the first goal they scored. It's just so unlucky because you see the penalty. We did really well."

The draw leaves Leicester with two points from their opening 4 games and Ndidi will be aiming to bounce back from a frustrating result.
