Ingwe needed 25 minutes to dismantle Bandari in cup quarterfinals.
AFC Leopards’ Belgian head coach Patrick Aussems has hailed his side’s ruthless display that battered Bandari within the opening 25 minutes of an important fixture as last weekend's.
“A cup game is a do or die. I am happy because we started very well with good intentions, trying to set the tempo. We scored but the intentions were good. 3-0 after 25 minutes made the match easier to control,” Aussems said.
The former Simba FC tactician revealed that he was not too pleased with the side’s retreating in the second half, as they allowed Bandari to attack and create some goal scoring opportunities.
“We defended a bit too much during 20 minutes of the second half. I asked my team to play higher because defending too much may lead to conceding. The most important thing is to qualify.

Mozzart Bet Cup Kimani blasts individual mistakes in cup exit to Leopards
Bandari conceded three goals in the opening 25 minutes of the match to Leopards, knocking them out of the cup.
AFC Leopards have tended to become a side that has been taking the early initiative in the last couple of games at Kasarani. They took the early lead against KCB in their 2-2 draw last week, and repeated the same trick against Bandari.
“We are working on that. Sometimes you are lucky, sometimes not. The most important thing was to create the opportunities and find the target.
“The second goal in particular pleased me (The own goal by Keegan Ndemi) because we worked for it in training all week and it paid off.
