REPORT: Chelsea could face 'more severe' points deduction than Everton, Nottingham Forest
Chelsea are in danger of breaching FFP rules after spending over £1billion on new signings since Todd Boehly's arrival in 2022.
Consequently, the deduction pushed Forest into the relegation zone during the international break, trailing Luton by one point.
They have previously said they were “extremely disappointed” with the verdict and believe they have grounds to appeal.
Although a successful appeal could result in a lesser punishment, there is also a risk that the appeal panel could increase the number of points deducted.
