The New York Knicks star has appealed that Chelsea should be banned after they embarked on another spending spree during the transfer window.
National Basketball Association (NBA) player Josh Hart has appealed that Chelsea FC be banned after the Blues continued their seemingly endless signing spree this summer.
Last summer Chelsea, under the leadership of Todd Boehly, spent in excess of a staggering £1 billion in new player addition, and the American has not seem to backing down any time soon.
Josh Hart's appeal comes on the back of Chelsea agreeing a £54 million deal to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Pedro Neto, adding to their already extensive summer spending.

The NBA star took to social media to express his surprise at Chelsea's continued spending. "Give us a transfer ban please," Hart tweeted in response to news of the Neto deal.
The Blues have been incredibly active in the transfer market; Neto's signing is their tenth of the window. Their overall expenditure has reached a staggering £241 million, raising eyebrows among fans and pundits alike.
Despite interest from Arsenal, Tottenham, and Newcastle, Chelsea secured the services of the Portuguese winger.
Neto is set to join a crowded attacking department that already includes Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Raheem Sterling.
Chelsea's spending has raised questions about squad balance and the potential for player development. The club is also facing the prospect of losing midfielder Conor Gallagher to Atletico Madrid for a reported £34 million.
As the transfer window draws to a close, Chelsea's squad is shaping up to be one of the most expensive in football history. Manager Enzo Maresca will have his hands full, trying to build a cohesive and effective team.
