The Dockers remained sixth on the log, while Wazito kept their hopes of retaining their status in the top-flight league alive.
Bandari FC came from behind to hold FC Talanta to a 1-1 draw in an entertaining Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) match played at the Mbaraki Sports Club in Mombasa.
The draw is the Dockers’ fourth this season and sees them remain in sixth place with 40 points, while Talanta remained 14th with 27 points following the stalemate.
The match got off to a slow start, with neither side coming out of the blocks with any pace or real intensity. Through the first half hour Bandari enjoyed more possession and midfielder Douglas Mokaya was an influential figure.
However, Talanta had their promising moments, especially when Herman Ngala and Lucas Waitere combined down the left flank, though the hosts' goalkeeper Joseph Ochuka was left relatively untested.
With the lack of creativity and penetration, it was no surprise to see the half end 0-0.
