Liverpool legend ripped into Calvin Bassey's showing in Fulham's 2-1 victory over Brentford.

'No hattrick?' - Calvin Bassey ribs Eagles mate Ademola Lookman after Napoli double
Calvin Bassey found a funny side to his Super Eagles mate Ademola Lookman's brace against Napoli.
Fulham's sensational comeback
In what was wildly against the run of play, Brentford went ahead just before the half hour mark, after a Vitaly Janelt strike, assisted by Christian Norgaard.
The Bees had a sustained spell after the goal, in which they threatened to double their advantage, but the Cottagers soon wrestled back control, and until the dying embers of the match, they had several failed tries to restore parity.
Brentford were close to escaping with a win, but for a late brace from Harry Wilson, to hand Marco Silva's men their first victory in four games.
Criticism against Bassey
While Fulham pushed for an equaliser, Brentford had moments of incursions, and Bassey did not look the most solid in instances.
On the balance of play, Bassey cannot be said to have had a bad game. Offensively, he contributed to Fulham's onslaught in search of goals, registering two shots on target.
However, he looked a soft target at the back, winning one of four contested aerial duels, getting dribbled past once, and wracking fans' nerves with unsure actions. Hence, Owen, who was a pundit for the Monday night fixture, submitted that the Nigerian had a penchant for making errors.
