The Lagos State Football Coaches Association (LSFCA) has confirmed that the coaching clinic will develop coaches at the grassroots level.

The organizer of the coaching program, the CEO of Berackiah International, Mr. Nwigwe Nduka confirmed that a top UEFA B licensed coach from Norway, Mark Hansen, has been scheduled to lecture the coaches on the European quality of coaching, while Doctor Raimi Abiodun, a faculty member at Lagos State University, will also be educating the coaches on the coaching game.
Nduka added that top UEFA B-certified coaches from Norway will be on the ground to instruct the grassroots coaches, giving them additional exposure to an international standard of teaching.

The coaches advised NFF to develop Nigerian coaches and give them enough time for better results.
He said, "This is an opportunity for grassroots coaches to grab because it's an avenue to be taught by well-experienced and foreign UEFA B-certified coaches.
"This coaching clinic will avail the grassroots coaches the chance to develop their coaching knowledge, impact international standard of learning to the players, and also improve their tactical approach and technical abilities of the game.
"At the end of the day, the coaches will get an approval certificate from our partner in Norway, a UEFA license C level, so it's an avenue for our grassroots coaches to be taught in the pattern of the Europeans on how they have developed football in their region."
Meanwhile, the chairman of LSFCA, Coach Hassan Tairu, encourages the coaches in Lagos State to benefit from the Berackiah Football Coaching Clinic since it would enhance their employment.
He said, "I want to urge our coaches to take advantage of this noble offer and improve our education about the game.
"There would be international coaches from Norway that have been invited to lecture or educate our grassroots coaches on the development of the game and on how to keep up with the pace of the game."

The event will take place on May 6 at the Cricket Oval of Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos.
The coaching clinic will be held across the five divisions in Lagos (Ikeja, Badagry, Ikorodu, Lagos Island, and Epe).
