The club's chairman, Fenucci, spoke at the Il calciomercato al tempo dell’intelligenza artificiale' (Football Transfers in the Age of Artificial Intelligence) organized by USSI in Coverciano, where he was unavoidably questioned about Zirkzee’s future.

"We hope he can remain a Bologna player,” he said, per Milan reports. “Just like for all the players we have who are being linked to other clubs.”
“In reality, we have such a strong shareholder that we can continue without selling anyone and we will try to keep them all. The only one who controls his own destiny is Zirkzee, who has some clauses, but we will try to keep him in the coming weeks."
