Manchester United defeated Leicester City 3-0 to continue their good form in recent weeks and compound Leicester to a potentially damaging defeat.
Bruno Fernandes scored one and assisted two goals as Manchester United continued their mini-resurgence to defeat an underwhelming Leicester City 3-0 at the King Power Stadium.
The match began slowly, with Jamie Vardy's early effort forcing a save from André Onana being the only notable action. However, the first half sprang to life when Christian Eriksen struck the far post with a whipped shot.
Bruno Fernandes was the architect of United's breakthrough in the 28th minute, picking out Rasmus Hojlund, who finished clinically with his weaker foot for his first goal of 2025.
United continued the second half as they ended the first, and found the net again through Alejandro Garnacho, but his goal was disallowed for offside. The 21-year-old eventually scored his first goal since November, catching out Mads Hermansen with a snapshot.
Fernandes sealed the win with his eighth goal against Leicester this season, finishing brilliantly from the edge of the box. The result leaves Leicester nine points from safety in 19th, while United climb to 13th.
