Osimhen failed to get on the score sheet after that Puskas-worthy strike at the last time and was substituted shortly after his assist, leaving fans anxious as they watched the final moments unfold.

In an additional twist, Michy Batshuayi thought he had scored Galatasaray's fifth goal to secure the win, but VAR intervened once more to rule it out for offside.

Akgun’s goal marked a significant milestone as he became the first Galatasaray player to score in three consecutive European matches since the 2012/2013 season.

As Galatasaray celebrates this thrilling victory, Osimhen continues to make an impact in his new environment, demonstrating his playmaking abilities and solid performances on the European stage.
