Fan favourite Bukayo Saka has shared details about his early days growing up and why he holds some values dear.
The Arsenal forward, who scored 14 goals and contributed 11 assists in the Premier League last season, has cemented his place as an integral part of Mikel Arteta’s squad.
Unfortunately, his contributions were not enough to dethrone Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City as League Champions even though the Gunners came close, but a late collapse put paid to Arsenal’s ambition.
Saka opened his account this season with a sublime stunner against Nottingham Forest and will be hoping that Arsenal will lift the coveted EPL trophy this term after recruiting the likes of Declan Rice.

Arsenal FC player Bukayo Saka is on holiday in Lagos, Nigeria, after helping his team qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
The English forward born to Nigerian parents grew up in a small two-storey semi-detached home in Greenford, in the borough of Ealing, London.
At just age seven, Saka joined Arsenal’s Hale End Academy, and it took a decade before he signed his first professional contract with the club.
Aged 18, Bukayo Saka moved his family when he bought a house in Hertfordshire in November 2019 for £2.3 million.
I won’t change my values - Saka
During a recent interview with L’Equipe via The Sun, at only 21 years of age, Saka said he still has a lot to learn and maturity to acquire.
Saka also revealed that he is a staunch believer in himself and that he won’t because of anyone else, change his values.
"I don’t want to change my values for anyone or for anything. I firmly believe in what I say and do.
"I am not perfect, of course, and I still have a lot to learn, and maturity to acquire, but it is essential to remain the boy that I am."

The 21-year-old who featured in the Gunners’ side that defeated Manchester City in the Community Shield, revealed that leadership is a shared responsibility in the Arsenal squad.

Bukayo Saka, Arsenal's superstar, spoke about his early passion for football while sharing details of his upbringing during a photoshoot.
He told L’Equipe via Arsenal Insider that he always tried to fulfill what the team expects of him- especially finding the back of the net.
“Leadership is shared within this squad. Everyone has their role, and I strive to fulfil what’s expected of me, primarily to score and create impactful moments.”
However, before the interview, Saka took cute photographs of himself during a photoshoot with France Football.
Bukayo Saka is expected to start for Arsenal when they travel to Selhurst Park to face Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace.
