Odera further lambasted the status of the pitch as it could not allow Muhoroni to play “free-flowing football” against the 1994 Africa Cup Winners Cup finalists.
Muhoroni Youth head coach Charles Odera has blamed the status of the Ruaraka Grounds' pitch for their 1-0 loss to Tusker in a league match on Saturday afternoon.
A goal from David Odoyo, who returned to the starting lineup for the first time since his injury, was enough to give the 12-time league champions all the three points at the expense of Muhoroni, who have lost their first league game of the season.

FKFPL David Odoyo's strike makes the difference as Tusker down resistant Muhoroni
David Odoyo's strike was enough to get Tusker back to winning ways after droping five points in their last two FKFPL games.
“The game could not flow because the pitch was bumpy and our style of football is to play a game that flows, so it was impossible for us to express ourselves the way we wanted against Tusker.”
Odera believes that Tusker were on the right side of divine favor as they deservedly won the match, but sent a stern warning to Matano’s charges that they will not want to face them at their Muhoroni Stadium in Got Alila.
