Napoli have reportedly returned to negotiations with Chelsea as they seek to part ways with Victor Osimhen.
The Lukaku-Osimhen transfer saga continues to unfold. Napoli are well-documented in their desire to re-unite Antonio Conte with Romelu Lukaku to sign Lukaku, and Chelsew want Osimhen but the clubs can't agree on a price.
To make things more complicated, Osimhen and his agent have ruled out a season-long loan deal to Chelsea. This has led to a stalemate, with the Nigerian and Lukaku waiting for a breakthrough.
Meanwhile, the Blues have been strengthening in attack with Pedro Neto arriving from Wolves and a move in the works for Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix.

According to Il Mattino, Napoli have made a fresh offer to Chelsea. They're willing to let Osimhen go to Stamford Bridge if Chelsea meets their demands: a part-exchange deal including Lukaku and a €45m (£38.64m) fee. There's a twist - Napoli also want Cesare Casadei, who's been cleared for transfer, to join them at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
It is unclear whether Chelsea will agree to this deal as Enzo Maresca looks to build a team that fits his playing style and ideologies.
The window closes in two weeks and there is clearly a desire on both sides for a deal to be done, provided an agreement can be reached.
