The Blues were booked eight times in the match, while Bournemouth received six yellow cards.
Fernandez, a regular starter for Chelsea this season, missed the match against the Cherries due to illness, but has resumed training and is expected to be available for selection against West Ham.
Lavia, another key midfielder, has not featured in the Premier League since the opening weekend of the season, although he is also nearing a return and could feature in the match against the Hammers.
Likely to be back in action is Gusto — the right-back had to go off against Crystal Palace before the international break due to a suspected thigh injury but was also back in team training on Monday.
However, Reece James’ return remains uncertain with the Chelsea captain still no closer to a first-team return after sustaining a hamstring injury on the eve of the new campaign.
