Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca revealed that his team lacks leaders, potentially increasing the likelihood of signing Osimhen this summer.
Chelsea have received a renewed incentive to sign Victor Osimhen in the transfer window. The Blues have been linked to the 25-year-old due to his impressive performance for Galatasaray.
Osimhen joined the Turkish League from Napoli on loan following the appointment of Antonio Conte as manager, and the arrival of Romelu Lukaku as a result.
The Nigerian has scored eight goals and provided four assists in ten games for Galatasaray.

Osimhen 'Praised' for leadership role in Galatasaray
Former Turkish star Karan praised Osimhen's leadership, noting his ability to score goals and motivate teammates.
"He’s on the way, he’s doing well, he’s progressing but I expect more. The one that is doing fantastic is Levi (Colwill).
"At the beginning he was not a leader but now you can see he’s one of the guys that’s always speaking. Marc Cucurella is one of the guys, but we need more and more,” he said in a press conference last month.
Chelsea will be without their captain James for some weeks after suffering another hamstring injury.
