Chelsea legend Frank Leboeuf didn't hold back in his assessment of his former club after their disappointing 2-2 draw against 10-men Burnley, launching a blistering attack on the board and slamming the current players for lacking heart and brain.
The Blue failed to secure maximum points against Burnley as they were pecked back and could only manage a draw.
Pochettino’s men have come under criticism for their performance this season, leaving them in 11th in the Premier League table.

Fans slam Chelsea star Conor Gallagher, call him a 'Racist' for ignoring black kid's handshake in the tunnel
Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher found himself under fire from fans as he allegedly declined to shake hands with a black child in the tunnel before their match against Burnley.
Leboeuf comment
In an exclusive interview with ESPN, Leboeuf minced no words, saying, "Sorry, but the people on the board have destroyed this club. That's what you have to face. How do you rebuild that? I don't know, it's going to take a long time."
His frustration was palpable as he continued, "I've talked about it a lot and I'm fed up repeating myself... as long as you don't have people to rely on, meaning experienced players, you can't build anything. This is what you face when you're trying to build an Academy team."
Leboeuf's ire was primarily directed at co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali, whom he accused of overseeing the decline of Chelsea since their takeover in 2022.
He criticized the club's transfer policy, stating, "Chelsea's transfer spending has climbed above £1billion during the duo's four transfer windows in charge, but improvements haven't followed with the Blues stuck in 11th in the Premier League standings."
Leboeuf question experience
Leboeuf questioned the decision to prioritize promising talents over experienced players, citing the underperformance of high-profile signings like Mykhailo Mudryk, Enzo Fernandez, and Moises Caicedo.
"The Chelsea players have no stamina, nothing in their heart, nothing in their brain, they don't know what to do," he remarked. "It's unprofessional and unfair to the people who love this club."
Leboeuf also acknowledged the disappointment felt by Chelsea fans, stating, "I want to congratulate the fans for still being able to go to Stamford Bridge to watch that."
The Frenchman's sentiments echo those of a Chelsea fan group who have criticized Boehly and the board for creating toxicity at the club, while manager Mauricio Pochettino also faces scrutiny from supporters.
