Following Chelsea's awful defeat at home to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, fans have taken to social media to react.
Chelsea fell to a narrow 1-0 defeat at home against Nottingham Forest on Matchday 3 in the 2023-24 Premier League season.
The hosts were hoping to pick up from where they left off midweek, having come from a goal down to defeat AFC Wimbledon in the EFL Cup.
However, Pochettino’s Blues struggled to finish off chances despite finding themselves in great positions in the first half.
The Tricky Tees managed to hold the Blues to a stalemate at half-time but flipped the script in the second half after a misplaced pass from Chelsea’s summer signing Moises Caicedo.
The Blues’ record signing misplaced a pass in his own half before Taiwo Awoniyi latched on to the loose ball and found Anthony Elanga who dashed into the box and cooly slotted past Robert Sanchez to give the visitors the lead three minutes after the restart.
The Blues had some great chances to level matters but failed to take their chances on several occasions in the second half.
Steve Cooper's side would run away with all three points as Chelsea slumped to their second Premier League defeat of the season to leave them in a lowly 11th place on the summit after four games so far this campaign.

A number of Chelsea fans spotted that the player used in Chelsea’s post on social media after the loss has on more than one occasion been used whenever the Blues record a defeat.
Malo Gusto’s picture was used in Chelsea’s full-time post on X, and fans couldn’t help but notice the French defender’s picture was also used when they lost against West Ham United in their second Premier League game of the season.

Chelsea return to action next week Sunday, when they travel to face Bournemouth in Matchday 5 of the 2023-24 Premier League season, with the Blues hopeful of securing all three points.
