Chelsea have only lost two of their 12 league games this season.
Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has tempered expectations for his young side, insisting that they are not yet title contenders.
The West London club have lost only two of their 12 league games, both to reigning champions Manchester City and current leaders Liverpool, whom they trail by nine points.
Chelsea sit on 22 points, level with fourth-placed Arsenal and fifth-placed Brighton & Hove Albion, but hold a superior goal difference.
Chelsea started the season on a promising note, but Maresca believes that the team still needs time to develop and mature.

Important against low blocks - Maresca lauds Chelsea attacker after Heidenheim win
The Italian has explained why he likes one Chelsea attacker.
"I really like the pressure. I'd like to say: 'Yes, we're there' - but we're not there. It's nice to see the team improving, that is important; it is nice, a good feeling. But at the same time, you need to be realistic and you can see the difference between us and the rest at the moment," Maresca admitted.
He compared Chelsea's situation to that of other top clubs, highlighting the importance of continuity and experience.
"Arsenal is five years together (with manager Mikel Arteta), City more than eight years together (under Pep Guardiola), Liverpool is a bit different but they didn't make many changes from the past. This is the reason," he said per Reuters.
Maresca also praised the work of Unai Emery at Aston Villa, who have made great impacts with the club.
"Villa have a top manager, they are doing fantastic. I know Emery from Sevilla and I know how intense they are. They are showing fantastic things with very good players. It will be a tough game," he said.
