Chelsea are planning to sell Renato Veiga, who joined the Blues during the summer transfer window this January.
The 21-year-old moved from Basel to Stamford Bridge in the summer for a deal worth £12 million.
However, he has struggled to break into Enzo Maresca’s first team, which has limited his minutes at the club.
He has only managed to play in cup competitions this season, with his recent game coming against Morecambe in the FC Cup.

Veiga set for Chelsea exit
According to the Telegraph, the Blues are looking to offload Veiga, who can play midfield or defence.
Veiga is valued at around £20 million by the West London team, who hope to make a healthy profit on a player who was only signed a few months ago.
Veiga is rumoured to want to establish himself before the World Cup next year, so if he leaves, Chelsea may have to look elsewhere for a left-back to complement Marc Cucurella.
The dynamic player has attracted interest from teams like Juventus, Napoli, and Borussia Dortmund.
According to reports, the two parties have even reached an agreement on a move this month, and the former would prefer to sign the Portuguese star on loan.
This month, Veiga is not the only Blues summer acquisition that has been linked to a move. Following a lack of minutes, Kieran Dewsbury-Hall has also been linked away from the club.
Despite links to teams like Wolves, head coach Enzo Maresca maintained that Veiga was still regarded as a Chelsea player.
