According to respected Italian journalist Gianluca DiMarzio, Chelsea have reacted to missing out on Olise by pushing hard for Williams.
Ironically, Williams operates on the left flank unlike Olise who plays on the right, but they are insisting on finding an agreement with Bilbao swiftly to bolster Enzo Maresca's squad for the coming season.
Enzo Maresca is reportedly a huge fan of the 21-year-old, but Bilbao have been firm in their stance that Williams will not leave for any figure lower than his £47m release clause
