Chelsea midfielder Cole Palmer has been named the Premier League Game Changer of the Season for his hattrick in the comeback win against Manchester United.
Chelsea's Cole Palmer continues to bag awards for his remarkable season; this time he was named the Premier League Game Changer of the season.
Although they eventually salvaged their season and finished 6th—not enough to make the Europa League after Manchester United's FA Cup win—Chelsea had a poor campaign, and even the late resurgence was insufficient to save Mauricio Pochettino’s job.

Cole Palmer: Did Chelsea star really deserve young player award over Bukayo Saka?
Chelsea's Cole Palmer was named Premier League Young Player of the Season over the likes of Arsenal's Bukayo Saka, and Manchester United star Kobie Mainoo.
However, amid the difficult season for Chelsea, Palmer was a constant source of respite, scoring 22 goals in 29 starts—the second most in the league after Erling Haaland's 27.
Palmer wins Game Changer of the Season
Palmer's performances earned him a nomination for Player of the Season and Goal of the Season. It also earned him the Young Player of the Season award.
He has now been presented with another award, the three-season-old Premier League Game Changer of the season.
Palmer earned this award for his remarkable hattrick against Manchester United, which helped turn the game around for a famous victory for Chelsea.
The Blues led 2-0 in the opening 20 minutes of the game, with Palmer scoring one of the goals, but saw their lead slip away as Manchester United scored three unreplied goals spread across either half and looked set to run away with it until Chelsea's talisman intervened.
Down 3-2 deep into injury time, Palmer equalised in the 100th minute, before a stunning strike one minute later put Chelsea ahead for a 4-3 win.
The win was a huge moment in Chelsea's history, and Palmer's involvement has now earned him the Premier League Game Changer of the Season Award. He became the third player to receive the prize after Ilkay Gundogan (2021/22), Reiss Nelson (2022/23),
