The Court of Appeal has halted the FKF's AGM pending resolution of a legal case challenging the federation's leadership.
The Court of Appeal has issued a ruling preventing the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) from conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) as a constitutional dispute continues to unfold in the High Court.
On Friday in Mombasa, Appeal judges Agnes Murgor, Imana Laibuta, and George Odunga maintained that the AGM must be put on hold until a significant legal challenge by journalist Milton Nyakundi Oriku is resolved.

Oriku has accused current FKF officials of contemptuously calling for the federation's AGM despite a standing High Court order from Kiambu that forbids such action.
According to a report by NTV "The three judges returned the case to Lady Justice Olga Sewe who, in April this year, suspended the holding of FKF’s AGM."
Originally scheduled for March 16 at the Kenya Institute of Special Education, the AGM's agenda was to include representatives from the 18 FKF Premier League clubs, 10 from the 18 National Super League clubs, and additional delegates from the 47 counties and National Division One teams, totaling 94 delegates.
