Nantongo will link up with compatriots Vanessa Edith Karungi, a goalkeeper playing for FC Nordsjaelland and Phiona Nabbumba, who plies her trade at B93 FC in Denmark.

Uganda national women's football team defender Aisha Nantongo, has sealed a deal to join Danish first-division team Aalborg BK.

The Crested Cranes stalwart has penned down a two-year employment contract in Denmark.

Nantongo, who recently featured for Kawempe Muslims WFC, has been training with Aalborg since August, where she impressed, to nail down a contract.

She was a massive pillar in the Crested Cranes 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations journey in Morocco.

Nantongo will link up with compatriots Vanessa Edith Karungi, a goalkeeper playing for FC Nordsjaelland and Phiona Nabbumba, who plies her trade at B93 FC in Denmark.
