Will you start the Portuguese GOAT against FC Sheriff on Thursday in the Europa League?
Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo is in a good mood as the Red Devils prepare for a road trip in the Europa League.
United hits the road to face Sheriff in Moldova in the second match of the season in the Europa League on Thursday.
After reportedly pushing for a move to leave Old Trafford in the summer after Manchester United failed to make the Champions League, Ronaldo seems ready to focus on the Europa League.
He started in the opening game last week as Real Sociedad defeated the Red Devils 1-0 at Old Trafford.
Ahead of the trip to Moldova, the 37-year-old shared a picture of him and his teammates ad they train for that game.
"Starting the week with a good feeling," the Portuguese posted alongside the picture on his IG page.
Ronaldo's season in brief
After missing United's pre-season tour due to personal problems, Ronaldo has struggled early on this season.
The former Juventus and Real Madrid star has made seven appearances in all competitions including one in the Europa League last week.
Ronaldo's will return to Europe's second tier competition this week when United take on FC Sheriff looking to bounce back to winning ways.
With his post on Instagram, it does seem Ronaldo is ready to embrace the Europa League despite pushing for a move all summer to leave the Reds.
