Cristiano Ronaldo was in vintage form as he played a key role in keeping Al-Nassr’s hopes of lifting the Saudi title alive with a match-winning performance against Al Shabab.
Cristiano Ronaldo made the move to the Middle East at the end of 2022 after an explosive exit from Manchester United, putting pen to paper on a contract worth £173m per year.
Ronaldo has been in sparkling form for Al-Nassr with 14 goals in 18 appearances and his latest strike was a match-winning goal against Al Shabab to help his team come back from 2-0 down.

Ronaldo offers thoughts on the Saudi League
Ronaldo was asked about his thoughts on the Saudi league and his feelings just a few months into his Al-Nassr career.
The veteran forward said: “We are much better. In my opinion, the Saudi League is getting better. Next year will be even better.
“Step by step I think this league will be in the top five leagues in the world but they need time, they need players, they need infrastructure but I believe that this country has amazing potential.
They have amazing people and the league will be great in my opinion.”
