Conor Gallagher helped Chelsea to a comeback win with two goals while Enzo Fernandez also got on the scoresheet to seal the result late on.
Chelsea returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a comeback victory away at Crystal Palace thanks to a stellar performance by Conor Gallagher.
The former Crystal Palace loanee scored the equaliser for Chelsea who had trailed in the first half and then completed the comeback with a 91st-minute winning goal before Enzo Fernandez sealed it shortly after.
The result sees Mauricio Pochettino's team move up to 10th in the Premier League as they look to salvage whatever is left of what has been a torrid campaign so far.
Crystal Palace 1-3 Chelsea
Crystal Palace came into this one off the back of three defeats in their previous four league games and missing key players like Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise but still managed to take the lead against all odds.
Jefferson Lerma fired a cracking 30-yard screamer to register his first goal for the Eagles and punish Chelsea for being undecisive in possession despite having 80% of the ball in the first half.
The restart was delayed due to some technical issues with referee Michael Oliver's gear and Selhurst Park took the waiting time to sing along to some classic Bob Marley.
When the action did restart, Chelsea showed more intent and levelled proceeding just two minutes into the second half when Gallagher connected with Gusto's cross to volley home brilliantly.
The game looked to be heading for a draw when Gallagher stepped up again with his third goal in two games, firing home from the edge of the box after being set up by Cole Palmer in the 91st minute.
Palmer turned provider again by setting up Enzo Fernandez four minutes later to seal the win for Chelsea and finish off a masterful counterattack.
