Midfielder David Bagoole has returned to Vipers Sports Club on a two-year contract, Pulse has learnt.

Bagoole joined the club in August 2020 on a three-year deal but was offloaded at the end of last year.

He later joined FUFA Big League side Jinja North United on a short-term loan until the end of July.

However, the player expressed his interest to seek greener pastures with links to three of his former teams, including BUL, and Sofapaka, but he chose Vipers over the latter largely because of coach Alex Isabirye’s influence.

“There are some little details that are remaining, but he we have agreed with Vipers on a two-year contract,” his agent Solomon Musaasizi confirmed to Pulse Sports.

Bagoole, a younger brother to a former Uganda Cranes midfielder Johnson Bagoole started his career at Busembatia before joining SC Villa and Sofapaka in 2014 and 2015, respectively.

He has featured for La Passe in Seychelles, Police, Baza Holdings and Busoga United locally, as well as OC Bukavu Dawa in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
