The agent of Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has refused to clarify the rumours regarding a release clause in the striker's contract.
Erling Haaland moved to Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund last summer and his contract reportedly included a release clause to be triggered in the summer of 2024.
However, according to reports, that clause was voided after City boss Pep Guardiola signed a contract extension with the Etihad side.
Does Haaland's Man City release clause exit?
Haaland's agent Rafaela Pimenta was asked about the existence of the release clause and she did little to dispell the rumours. "I have nothing to clarify," she told Mundo Deportivo.
"The mystery of this story is very cute because you don't know where it is, like a treasure chest. Anyway, as a lawyer, I can't reveal the details of contracts."
"Haaland can go wherever he wants," Pimenta continued. "He is a player that has never been seen before.
