Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has revealed Cristiano Ronaldo's main challenger for the Golden Boot at EURO 2024.

Legendary manager Harry Redknapp has revealed that Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes can challenge Al Nassr star and Portugal teammate for the EURO 2024 Golden Boot.

Ronaldo is back to his goalscoring best, after tallying 50 goals for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, and the 39-year-old will be aiming to carry that form into this summer's tournament.

He has been impressive under Roberto Martinez, leading their attack during the Euro 2024 qualifiers with 10 goals in 9 games.

Meanwhile, Fernandes scored 15 goals and made 13 assists in 48 games for Manchester United. He also contributed 6 goals and 7 assists in 10 games.

“I can see him scoring goals at the tournament, and I can see him taking Portugal a long way this year.

“I also think Bruno Fernandes could be a fantastic value for the Golden Boot award – he will score goals.

“He won’t take penalties because I suppose Ronaldo will grab the ball, but I’d definitely have an interest in him at a big price for the Golden Boot."

Portugal open their EURO 2024 campaign against the Czech Republic on June 18.
