Chelle announced the Super Eagles' 39-man provisional list for the clash against Rwanda and Zimbabwe on Tuesday.

What Aghahowa said

He stated that the Rwandan players would be eager to prove themselves against the Nigerians.

Aghahowa's warning comes on the heels of the appointment of Adel Amrouche as the new head coach of the Rwandan senior national team.

Speaking with Brila FM, Aghahowa noted that Amrouche's arrival could have both positive and negative effects on the Super Eagles' chances.

"Players want to prove themselves to the new coach, so it could be disadvantageous to us. It could also be advantageous to us; their coach might want to experiment," Aghahowa said.

The Super Eagles are scheduled to play away against Rwanda in Kigali on March 21 before hosting Zimbabwe on March 25.
