Former StarTimes Premier League managers Petros Koukouras and Hassan Zungu will work together at Rwandan club Kiyovu SC.
Koukouras and Zungu will serve as head coach and assistant coach, respectively, ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

FOOTBALL Koukouras chooses Ugandan coach as deputy at Kiyovu
The move follows Petros Koukouras's appointment as the new head coach at Kiyovu last month, with the Greek keen on previously working with Zungu during his time in Uganda.
Previously, Koukouras worked as SC Villa manager in the UPL before he was sacked in June 2022, whilst Zungu was recently the deputy of Wasswa Bbosa at Gaddafi FC.
The Rwandan outfit appointed the Greek tactician in June 2023, and Koukouras brought Zungu on board to deputize him.

Kiyovu is no stranger to Ugandan talent. It was recently home to Uganda Cranes captain Emmanuel Okwi, midfielder Muzamiru Mutyaba, and forward Erisa Ssekisambu.
Ugandan striker Brian Kalumba will play for Kiyovu in the 2023/24 season after joining the club on a three-year contract from UPL champions Vipers SC.
