The Insurance forward believes electing the right candidate on Saturday will be important for football in the country.
Bendel Insurance forward Imade Osarenkhoe has described the Presidential election in Nigeria as an important process for football in the country.
Osarenkhoe spoke from his base in Benin ahead of Saturday when Nigerians will head to the poll to choose a new leader for the country as the current administration led by President Muhammad Buhari prepares to step down after eight years in power.
There are three front-runners led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ruling party, APC, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and the third force candidate, Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
All three front-runners and 15 others will vie for the number one position in the country to determine who becomes Nigeria's 16th President.

Ahead of the election tomorrow, Insurance superstar Osarenkhoe has added his voice as he prepares to join his compatriots to perform his civic right.
As reported by Pulse Sports, the three most popular candidates have promised to revive sports in the country if elected by Nigerians.
In an exclusive chat with the domestic desk of Pulse Sports Nigeria after his training on Friday evening, the Uniben graduate said that the choice of who becomes the next President is an important one as voting the right candidate could lead to an improvement in the game.
"This election has a huge impact because this is what we use to determine our next President who will pilot the affairs of the nation," Osarenkhoe told Pulse Sports Nigeria.
"If we elect the right candidate, the football sector will improve more and we, the players, will enjoy," he added.
