Arthur Gitego scored all three goals to help AFC Leopards advance to the round of 16, but Trucha was not pleased with some aspects of what he saw from his charges
AFC Leopards head coach Thomas Trucha was unsatisfied by his side’s profligate nature despite beating PAC University 3-0 in an FKF Cup match played at the Police Sacco Stadium on Sunday afternoon to qualify for the round of 16.
Leopards were inspired by an Arthur Gitego hat-trick to advance, but created a lot of clear-cut chances that would have made them win by an even bigger margin had they taken their chances.
Speaking after the match, Trucha, whose side have yet to lose a match in 2024, expressed frustration at this aspect about his side, although was quick to congratulate PAC for still putting in a spirited fight.
