The Flying Eagles of Nigeria defeated Cote d’Ivoire 2-1 to qualify for WAFU B U-20 AFCON semifinal and 2025 AFCON.
The Flying Eagles of Nigeria won the WAFU B Zone tournament to qualify for the draws.

In a five-team group A, hosts Cote d'Ivoire will face off against DR Congo, Ghana, Tanzania, and the Central Africa zone's unidentified representative team.

The top two teams from each group and the top two third-place finishers from each of the three groups will go to the quarterfinals of the championship.
