Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli will start training with a new club next week as he seeks to salvage a dwindling career.
Dele Alli is set to begin training with Italian side Como next week, according to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The former England midfielder has been without a club since his Everton contract expired in June and was recently spotted watching Como's 2-0 victory over AS Roma from the stands.
Following the match, Como's manager and ex-Chelsea star, Cesc Fabregas addressed the possibility of Alli joining the team.
"He could train with us after Christmas to regain his fitness," Fabregas stated.

Alli's last competitive appearance was in February 2023, while on loan at Besiktas from Everton.
The 27-year-old boasts an impressive resume, having claimed consecutive PFA Young Player of the Year awards during the 2016-17 season with Tottenham. He has also earned 37 caps for England.
Although training with Como does not guarantee a contract, the former Spurs man will hope this marks the beginning of a new chapter.
Como have struggled in Serie A this season, winning just three matches and enduring 7 defeats in 16 league matches.
They are 16th in the standings, just one point clear of the relegation zone.
