UEFA has released the Champions League team of the season, with Real Madrid and Dortmund players dominating the line-up.
The just-concluded final saw Real Madrid defeat Dortmund to claim their 15th Champions League trophy.
Two second-half goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Junior won the trophy for the Spanish giants after several missed chances from Dortmund in the first half.
The win made Real Madrid the greatest team in Champions League history, winning the tournament 15 times.

UCL Team of the Season
Following the conclusion of the Champions League final, UEFA has announced the team of the season squad.
According to EuroFoot on X, the 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 | Champions League 2023/24 team of the season! has been released by UEFA.
UEFA's Technical Observer panel chose the squad based on their results in the 2023–24 UEFA Champions League.
The team of the season had four Real Madrid players and four Dortmund players following their performances in the tournament.
Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich, semi-finalists, had just one player each from their team to complete the squad.
Dortmund goalkeeper Kobel was picked ahead of Champions League final hero Courtois, while Maatsen, Hummels, Rudiger, and Carvajal were the favourable back four.
Vithinha, Bellingham and Sabitzer occupied the midfield position, with Toni Kroos missing out of the spot while Vinicius, Harry Kane and Phil Foden were paired in the attack.
