CAF Awards: Ajibade in, Oshoala out as CAF releases Women's player of the Year nominations
Ajibade, the Atletico Madrid forward, is nominated for Women's Player of the Year, while Nnadozie, the Paris FC goalkeeper, is up for Women's Goalkeeper of the Year.
Clarifying the reasons for omitting Oshoalas's name, the coach emphasised that she remains an important part of the team and her exclusion is solely due to logistical issues.
