Arua Hill SC midfielder Gadafi Wahab has expressed his desire to remain with the Kongolo next season.
Wahab, whose contract expired at the club, noted that he would give Arua Hill Sports Club the first priority ahead of the 2023/24 season.
He made the statement on July 20 while speaking on 90.0 FM Radio Pacis based in Arua.
"Just like I have said before, I will always prioritise Arua Hill," Wahab said before adding.
"If it does not go through [contract renewal talks], that's when I will think of another team."
"All that was written in the media and papers about me were rumours. And, of course, they came in because I performed well last season."
Arua Hill has witnessed several key players exit the club as free agents, including captain Rashid Toha.
