Osayi escapes punishment
Fenerbahçe star Samuel Osayi who was seen beating one of the pitch invaders escapes the Turkish FA purnishment.
With tensions high and emotions running wild, the sanctions have finally been unveiled, shedding light on the consequences faced by the clubs and players involved.
According to reports from EuroFoot on X, “Osayi-Samuel did not receive any ban.” The decision came as a sigh of relief for both the player and the supporters.
However, Trabzonspor and two other Fenerbahçe players did not escape the wrath of the Turkish FA as they were handed a ban for the incident.
EuroFoot on X also reported Trabzonspor has been handed a hefty penalty of six games without fans, undoubtedly leaving a void in the stadium that will be felt by both players and supporters.
Additionally, Fenerbahçe defender Oosterwolde and goalkeeper Eğribayat have been suspended for one match each, bearing the brunt of disciplinary action for their roles in the altercation.
