"The FUFA Club Licensing Appeals Committee has noted that Arua Hill Sports Club has continuously violated its obligations under the FUFA Club Licensing Regulations."
Troubled Arua Hill SC will not continue in the Uganda Premier League after being sent down the ditches by local football custodians FUFA.
The latter's decision hinges on the club's failure to honour and fulfill the licensing requirements for the second round that kicked off at the start of the month.
Arua Hill had initially been erased from the fixture over the same, a decision they appealed in vain.
"FUFA appreciates your effort to fulfill Club Licensing Requirements to participate in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League 2023/24," a FUFA statement reads.
