Gaddafi is not in contention for the Uganda Premier League title but sits comfortably in sixth place with 29 points, ten above relegation but Hassan Zungu has warned of complacency.
Gaddafi has scored only one goal in five matches in the Startimes Uganda Premier League, including their goalless draw against Wakiso Giants on Tuesday in Kakindu.
Whereas the team has not lost any of those games, their assistant coach Hassan Zungu has urged his players to rediscover their form to get a few wins to finish in a decent position.
Zungu bemoans the club’s blunt attack but acknowledges the team is short on creativity.
“We still have a problem of creativity because we’re not creating enough chances that can give us goals,” Zungu told Pulse Sports after the barren result.
“I cannot blame the forwards because it is a collective effort that includes us, the technical team, who are preparing them.

“However,” he adds, “There’s some improvement in the team but I think there’s some complacency.
“As per now, I cannot say that the complacency is because we have survived relegation because we haven’t; we’re not yet safe and anything can happen, so we have to keep in shape,” he warns.
They travel to Arua Hill on the 22nd before concluding the month with a home fixture against KCCA.
