Turkish giants Galatasaray and their fans are pinching themselves to confirm that they have Nigeria's Victor Osimhen.

Nigerian and Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is making headlines in Turkey in typical style. His remarkable performances for Galatasaray have left fans and club officials in disbelief.

The 25-year-old, currently on loan from SSC Napoli, has quickly become a key player for the Turkish giants, scoring six goals and providing three assists in just eight appearances across all competitions.

In a recent standout performance, Osimhen played a key role in Galatasaray's thrilling 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Europa League.

He netted two goals, including a spectacular second that showcased his exceptional talent.

Osimhen's journey to Galatasaray has been tumultuous. After a challenging summer at Napoli, where he faced rejection and was sidelined from the team, his move to Turkey has revitalised his career.

The club and its supporters are now relishing every moment he spends on the pitch, often pinching themselves to confirm that they are indeed witnessing his brilliance.

This Sunday, in one of the matches of the weekend, Osimhen will be expected to lead the charge once again as Galatasaray prepares for a crucial top-of-the-table clash in the Turkish Super Lig.

The team will be counting on him to guide them to victory, especially after the recent injury of his striking partner Mauro Icardi, which has left a void in their attacking lineup.

Osimhen's impact at Galatasaray is not just limited to goals; he has also become a fan favourite, embodying the spirit and ambition of the club.

His commitment to stay for the season despite transfer speculations from major clubs like Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain speaks volumes about his current happiness and dedication to Galatasaray.
