Turkish giants Galatasaray have submitted their bid to sign Manchester United midfielder Fred.
The Brazilian has been linked with a move away this summer, and his destination appears to be Super Lig. Galatasaray are said to have upped their effort to sign Fred by submitting an improved bid for the 30-year-old.
The Turkish side has had a bid of €6 million rejected by Manchester United, who value the midfielder at €9 million. The bid by Galatasaray was increased to €7 million, and it remains to be seen whether the two clubs agree on a potential move.

The Belgian was injured during the Gunners second pre-season game.
United signed Fred in a €59 million deal, but the midfielder has had a mixed spell at Old Trafford. A move from United seems like the only way Fred can resuscitate his career; a switch to Turkey could be ideal for the 30-year-old at this stage.
Apart from Fred, Scott McTominay is another player that has been linked with a move this summer.
The drop in quality and lesser intensity of Turkish football could suit Fred at this stage of his career, although he has been linked with a Premier League move, to Fulham.
