The Confederation of African Football has appointed match officials from Togo to oversee the match.
With fellow countrymen Jonathan Ahonto Koffi, Wassiou Tchamolla Ourotou, and Kossi Fabrice Senyo serving as assistants 1, 2, and 4, respectively, Aklesso Gnama will serve as referee.
The commissioner will be Liberian Ivan Gator Brown, and the referee assessor will be Hugues Alain Adjovi, a Beninoise official.
