The confirmation came during Kenya Police FC's pre-season trip to Tanzania, where they faced Singida Fountain Gate FC in a thrilling friendly match which ended in a 1-1 draw.
"It was a great friendly match against Singida. They have a strong team, and their presence in the CAF Confederation Cup reflects their capabilities. I am positive that in our next match against Namungo FC, our players will be even better prepared to face the challenges ahead," he noted.
Singida, an esteemed club that finished third in their league, is all set to compete in the 2022/2023 CAF Confederation Cup.
