K'Ogalo and Wazito fans clashed before kick-off at the stadium.
Following the chaos that marred Gor Mahia’s barren draw with Wazito FC at the Muhoroni Stadium, K’Ogalo head coach Johnathan McKinstry has called on FKF to improve fan experience.
Before kick off ugly scenes were witnessed at the entrance of the stadium as a confronatation was witnessed between a section of Gor Mahia and Wazito fans.
The incident looked to have affected K’Ogalo as they dropped crucial two points in the title race with rivals Tusker capitalizing on the barren draw to whittle down Gor Mahia’s advantage to just two points.
McKinstry asked FKF to ensure fan safety if they want to grow the numbers in stadiums, admitting that his club’s supporters were handed a rude welcome.

FKFPL Chaos in Muhoroni as rival fans engage in fist fight ahead of Wazito, Gor Mahia match
Blows and kicks were witnessed as the supporters clashed at the match venue, threatening to derail the league encounter
“It was tough for the fans (Gor Mahia) to be here today, it's not easy to come here the way some of the fans were treated coming in. I saw that and it's one of the things FKF and organizers should look at because the first thing should be fans' experience, are they looked after, are they treated well.
Unfortunately, the K'Ogalo fans were not treated very well here in Muhoroni, the number one priority should be supporters' safety and enjoyment, they come out to enjoy games and not to be treated the way they were, I, however, hope they turn up for the five finals we have,” said McKinstry.

FKFPL Matano remains optimistic in title race despite tough matches ahead
There are five matches to play until the end of the season.
“I think the boys coped well with the tension, you know when you are coming here, it's going to be an intense and aggressive atmosphere and that starts before the bus even pulls in.
It's disappointing we wanted to have three points but it was a well-earned point,” added the Northern Irishman.
