Pep Guardiola revealed some details about their plans for the January transfer window.
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has hinted that they will target two positions this summer in their bid to transform their abysmal form.
The Cityzens secured only their second win in the last 13 games earlier today when they scraped past Leicester City 2-0. Despite the win, they still looked lethargic and off the boil.

Manchester City form: Bruised Guardiola refuses to blame Haaland
The Manchester City boss has reflected on the club’s form and has stopped short of criticising his star striker.
As he had maintained in previous interviews, their shocking results are due to the injury crisis that has rocked them this season and left them several key assets short.
With the January transfer window approaching, the Premier League champions are expected to solve some of their problems with new signings. Following the Leicester victory, Guardiola hinted that additions could be made in defence and midfield.
What Guardiola said
"I don't know. Kevin [de Bruyne] is back, but we need more in the middle and the back four; we have struggled with full-backs and central defenders,” Pep told reporters, per the BBC.
“In some positions we need help. The squad is good; the problem is we don't have the squad and that makes everything difficult. When we're all together, we're the team we were, but with important players out for weeks and months, it's so difficult.
“I thought central defenders would be fit all season, but we have struggled—holding midfield and central defenders we need help. The market is the market. It's not easy; it's expensive, so we will see what the club can do."
