Harambee Starlets remain unchanged in global rankings following their inactivity after the Botswana defeat in the 2024 qualifiers.

Harambee Starlets remains at number 151 globally in the latest rankings released by the world football governing body.

The Kenyan women's national team has not participated in any matches since their elimination by Botswana during their quest to qualify for the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations Tournament, contributing to their static position.

In Africa, the hierarchy remains relatively stable with Nigeria leading the pack.

The Super Falcons are ranked 36th in the world, maintaining their position as the continent's top team.

South Africa follows closely, sitting at 51st globally, while Morocco, despite dropping one position, holds the third spot in Africa at 59th in the world.

Zambia has made significant strides, moving up to 64th, while Ghana experienced a slight dip, falling to 65th.

Cameroon also saw a drop, now positioned at 68th in the world, rounding out the top six African teams.

In the CECAFA region, Ethiopia leads at 124th in the world rankings, followed by Tanzania at 147th.

Uganda sits just one place above Kenya at 150th, highlighting the competitive nature of the regional teams.

Globally, there have been minimal changes at the top despite four international fixtures since the last rankings were released.

Spain continues to dominate, holding onto the first position after winning all their EURO 2025 qualifiers so far.

France has leapfrogged England into second place, while Germany has moved up to fourth.

The USA, traditionally the dominant force in women's football, has slipped to fifth place, recently appointing Emma Hayes as their new head coach in hopes of reclaiming their top spot.

Sweden and Japan remain steady in sixth and seventh positions, respectively.

The top ten is completed by Canada, Brazil, and North Korea, who hold eighth, ninth, and tenth positions, respectively.
